I clicked ETA online, algorhythm took me to this page. I did all the necessary paperwork. Att the same time I am getting an email from family notifying me of a problem. I did not read it on time. So, I ask these people to give me a refund, their basic answer...we delivered the goods so we won't give you a refund.ver received "the goods" they mention. I cannot travel because of a family problem. They won;t give me my money back. THIS IS A REAL SCAM.

Preise nicht transparent dargestellt. Nur 20£ + fee. Bis zum Schluss nicht klar, dass der Service + ETA 148€ kosten. Bewusste Abzocke. Bei Familie mit zwei Kindern erstmal 600€ futsch statt der üblichen 80€.

Before their bot answers this review saying they don't find me in their records, I used this site to get the ETA for my mother, not for me. Their checkout process obscures the real price of 170 pounds by only mentioning it in the fine print. They certainly do this under the law, but it is a slimy practice, and I hope they use all the money they get in medicines

1 STAR- WOULD GIVE THEM IF I COULD 1 STAR — Avoid UKETAOnline.net. Extremely misleading pricing and appalling customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this website and applying directly through the official UK government website instead. I was charged US$230 (A$325.18) for a UK ETA application that costs just £20 through the official government service. The additional fees were buried in tiny print, which is hidden on the check out page- adding an outrageous amount for a straightforward application. When I contacted the company, I repeatedly requested an itemised invoice, a clear explanation of the charges and evidence of what I had agreed to pay. Instead of providing proper documentation, they sent me a generic screenshot of their checkout page and repeatedly refused a refund. What makes this even more frustrating is discovering numerous other customers reporting similar experiences online, including customers who appear to have received refunds after complaining, despite the company insisting to me that refunds were impossible. Their customer service has been dismissive, repetitive and completely unwilling to address my concerns. I have now escalated the matter to a formal transaction dispute. DO NOT USE UKETA -Use GOV.UK directly. There is absolutely no reason to pay hundreds of dollars to a third-party website for a basic ETA application.

Attention arnaque ! On croit payer sur un site officilel avec le montant présenter de 20£ + service fee. On se fait au final prélever 145€ sans demande de confirmation de la banque. Il n'y a pas de validation avec le prix total indiqué, c'est contre le code de la consommation et est une tentative clair de tromper le consommateur, un signalement a été effectué à la répression des fraudes

Da det er en lusket og direkte ulovlig måde at føre forretning.. det trækker 230$ i stedet for de ret beskedne beløb der står på hjemmesiden... derefter når man så brokker sig over denne absurde handling, lover de så en 50% refund.. men denne får man heller aldrig at se... der er nu gået en måned og jeg har stadig ikke set en krone..... >>HOLD JER VÆK<< Det er en stor omgang svindel..

I used this site on 1 October 2026 to apply for UK ETAs for four people. I was charged £830. The official UK government fee is £20 per person, so £80 in total. My issue is not the price itself. It is that I was not shown what I would pay until I was already deep into the process. On the first application screen, the summary panel lists four items: validity, number of entries, maximum stay, and “Government fees £20.00”. That £20 is the only figure anywhere on that screen. The service fee is not mentioned. Through the following steps, while entering four sets of passport details, the order summary showed “Total — Calculated at checkout”. On the same screen, two optional upgrades were priced plainly as “Additional £40” and “Additional £80” — so prices clearly can be displayed when the company wants to. The £170 per person fee appears only at the review step, as one line inside a bullet list of features, between “Expert Guided Application” and “Post Order Tracking”, in the same style as those lines. It is not presented as a total. Order #ETA2411964. I wrote to support asking for a refund of the £750 service fee and was offered 50%. In that reply the company wrote that I “may not have realized our service fees were applied to the processing of your order” — which is exactly my point. I am still waiting for a resolution and will update this review once the matter is settled, whatever the outcome. If you are reading this before applying: gov.uk and the official UK ETA app charge £20 per person and take a few minutes.

Ce site ( référencé en premier sur Google quand j'ai voulu prendre un visa ETA ) facture de soi-disant frais professionnels à des tarifs exorbitants qui ne se justifient absolument pas car il vous demande les mêmes démarches que vous devez par ailleurs faire vous-même sur le site officiel Alors que le visa ne coûte que 20 livres, j'ai été prélevée de 107,29 € pour un visa que je n'ai du reste jamais reçu Ce soi-disant site profite du fait que le visa ETA est devenu obligatoire pour l'Angleterre pour arnaquer un maximum de personnes . Ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi Le seul site officiel est celui du gouvernement anglais
