In the next mail they ask me for picture of the main page of my passport, so I canceled the order and they send me two emails, they will return money in 5-7 days. I also claim the transaction via my bank. Hopefully Ill got the money back. Dont use this website!!!

Dear Sara, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the additional fee. The fee covers our premium value-added services, including: #Real-Time Monitoring #Expert Application Review #Automatic Discrepancy Handling #Faster Processing #100% ETA Application Approval Guarantee We can see in our system that we contacted you several times to complete your application, but we did not receive a response, so we were unable to finalize the process. If you reach out to our support team, we’ll be happy to review your case and arrange a refund if applicable. Kind regards, UK ETA Online Support

We are sorry you had this experience with our service. We do mention that we provide several value-added services in addition to the core ETA service which is the reason there is an additional charge. We take all reviews seriously and always want to address customer concerns. However, we have no record of any interaction or registration with this individual listed. If this was a genuine experience, we’d love to make things right—please reach out to us directly. Kind regards, UK ETA Online Support
