The bad: hidden cost, the good: quick refund
The bad: They advertised a UK ETA for euro 24, then when I applied and wanted to pay they charge $143 There is a hidden charge of $99 for processing, When I press cancel, they charged my card anyway. The good: when I wrote a mail in contact form, I get refund in 5 minutes, Great service

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSIDE
My 18-year-old son has planned his first trip and holiday on his own—to England. He wanted to apply for a visa himself. During the process, he was charged fees that were not clearly visible at any point. He has also been charged twice, even though he has only received one email and one receipt. He has now lost all the money he was supposed to use for his first holiday. There is no help to be found in customer service. He is requesting a refund—for both charges!!!!! He has already contacted you himself. If this results in my son being scammed, you can expect me to contact you every day and leave reviews wherever possible. I hope for a quick response and proper customer service??? Thank you.

Be aware of extra fees!!!!
Wow… this is what I was charged: Government Fee: EUR 23.85 Processing Service Fee: EUR 99.0 Total Charged: EUR 118.85 This wasn’t displayed anywhere else on the website. I have tried asking for a refund, but the support don’t answer my message clearly.

Scam Website
Careful — this is a scam website. I applied for an ETA visa through “UK ETA Online Application” on 30th March and paid £94, only to realise 30 minutes later that they were not the official government website. I then applied myself through the official UK ETA website (gov.uk) for £16 and received my ETA within 30 minutes. I requested a refund from UK ETA Online on 30th March and again on 1st April, but they ignored my requests. They later somehow accessed my application on 7th of April (for the application I've previously submitted myself), and falsely claimed they completed it, and charged me £94 for something I did myself. Be careful — this is a scam.

Attenzione che sono dei truffatori
Attenzione che sono dei truffatori. In data 2 aprile x errore mi sono imbattuto in questo sito invece che quello ufficiale del governo uk, ho fatto procedura di aquisto eta e fino all'ultimo compariva il costo reale ma finito di pagare mi son trovato un addebito di 495 euro aggiuntive del costo eta di 99,25 ( siamo in 5 persone) Alche ho subito fatto richiesta di rimborso ma avevano gia fatto l'eta( perchè questo almeno era reale) però rientrano nei rimborsi entro 24 ore, quindi prima han provato a dirmi che potevano rimbprsarmi il 50% ma dopo il mio rifiuto han detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato tutto eccettp il cpsto dell'eta che era stato sostenuto. Io ho accettato ma ormai i 7 giorni lavorativi segnalato da loro, per il rimborso, sono passati. Ho già fatto reclamo alla banca e domani procedo con una denuncia formale alla polizia postale.

Absolute disgrace. Hidden 100 euro fee
Absolute disgrace. They suddenly charge a 99 euro fee for service which is exactly the same service as the official .gov does. It says no hidden cost but this is never revealed until you're about to pay. Sadly, I saw it after I confirmed payment. I have just ordered a refund. You should be ashamed of this and change it what the hell is a 99 euro service? Are we insane?
