My experience getting my UK passport renewed has been excellent. From the beginning I dealt with Natasha on line as I live in Australia. The process was clearly explained and the follow up emails were promptly answered. From the initial paperwork to the arrival of my new passport was approx 6 weeks! Thank you to all who were involved and especially Natasha. No querie was too hard for her

Natasha was my contact to renew my passport. She was concise, most helpful and very promptly replied to all of my emails with clear instructions as to what I had to do.

I was very happy with my experience. My consultant Carina explained each step very clearly and everything ran efficiently and smoothly and gave me peace of mind.

Fantastic one person contact. Our passports renewal felt like it was going to be tricky sure some changes in name. But our assigned contact person was amazing. Robyn was so lovely, we live in New Zealand and she understood our stress when living abroad and needing to renew our passports. no question was a silly question. Every email was answered really quickly. Robyn helped us understand what we needed to complete our end and she explained what was needed to be signed by a JP. SHE WAS AWESOME. You are lucky to have her on your staff.

First time using this company to all for my British passport, such a great company to support, the whole process was extremely smooth.

Efficient, professional and personable service. I needed to promptly renew my UK passport as I had just under six months remaining till it’s expiry date. Unexpected family issues made it necessary for me to return as soon as possible to England from my home in Australia . I contacted UK Passports and was promptly teamed up with a most courteous and professional consultant. I received constant assistance and updates as to how my new passport request was progressing. I experienced no complications, and detailed instructions from the consultant has resulted in my new passport arriving at my door here in Australia in less than four weeks from my initial application. A truely wonderful result . Thank you.
