Advice to keep clear of this company
My advice is to stay clear of this company. The aftersales is so poor, it is probably the worst after sales. I have had two generators returned and the second has not been replaced, although it has been sent back. I am not getting any of my emails answered and it is as if the company has just disappeared. They have no UK repairers, so will be an issue after the warranty expires and I would advice you spend your money elsewhere on a more reliable company. I am currently seeking a full refund via my bank.
