I ordered my first cross stitch kit. When it arrived it was packaged well with threads neatly bundled. I was a little baffled by the key and instructions but it didn’t take me long to figure it out. I’ve enjoyed starting my cross stitch and find it quite straight forward now I’m into the swing of it. Hoping my picture will look great.

The instructions are really small and so pale, I cannot read them,,,, so I can’t even start the project,,,,, very disappointing

I received what I ordered. The threads are vibrant and good quality. I was unavle to read cross stitching instructions. I asked for instructions via email and I received them together with the training video. I am very happy with this great service and assistance.

Lovely quality for a reasonable price. Only part way in to my project and my naughty dog got hold of the chart, causing the ink to run and smudge on it. A short email to the company asking if there was any chance of ordering a replacement chart and one was emailed through to me within a few hours. Great company, great service and I will definitely use them again
