I made a mistake in using too much thread so kept running out pretty quickly. After contacting customer service they were quick to send the whole range of threads free of charge! Great service, very happy!

I was wary to begin with. The prices seemed very cheap. I ordered the seven dwarves mining and is very good quality. The aida is cut a little short for hoops but the pattern is working up beautifully. Well worth the slightly longer wait on delivery

After ordering a few cross stitches I couldn’t wait to get started. The graph was very small and after emailing them they agreed to send out a larger scale for me. Well pleased and can’t wait to get cracking UPDATE. After a few emails they sent me a PDF. Am not tech savvy so went to local printers. Only to find out the picture I had, had 30 colours and the one they sent had 35. Many emails later I find out there is two varieties of this picture so they sent another PDF which I have to print off again. They offered me a coupon,but am going for a refund. Don’t use these people.

Saw the site advertised on Facebook, thought I'd have a look if nothing else. I wanted something for the Daughter in Law. Wasn't disappointed. Such an array of choices. I opted for the Cheshire Cat, know that will go down well. It arrived well packaged, have no idea if it's ok because I don't do embroidery nowadays, I may start up again tho, such a choice available. I hope she will be happy.
