A very helpful company, I couldn’t see the picture very well or read the writing. I’m a newbe to cross stitch so needed it to be clear I emailed them and they was very helpful and sent me a clearer picture. So now I can make a start and excited to do more, they have some lovely ones thanks.

Really fast delivery and accidentally got the chart wet and the emailed me a new one within 24 hrs … just have to make it now 😊

Would NEVER use this company again. They sent the wrong item and won’t uplift and refund because it would cost them too much. I don’t want the item they sent but they are very unhelpful and obviously do not want to recompense. Would give them “0” rating if I could.

Delivery was really quick. Arrived in excellent condition. The material is really good quality too.

Cross stitch is one of my favourite hobbies. I recently purchased a kit from Tapestrymarket all was going great then.....I spilt something on the guide which totally ruined a centre section. I though that was it won't be able to complete the kit. I emailed Tapestrymarket on the off chance that they would send me a copy. They were great and sent me a digital copy. Such great customer service, and excellent value cross stitch kit. Can't wait to complete this so I can order my next one.
