Ordered phone case 3 weeks ago still not received, tried contacting them and got no reply, AVOID these scammers

Website looks good with what seems to be a great choice of cases but that's where it ends I'm afraid. Weeks after my expected delivery date I contacted them because the item hadn't arrived. At first they responded asking me to wait longer which I did. When it still didn't arrive I contacted them again but got no reply at all. Luckily my loss is only about €20 but I would advise anyone to be very wary about paying for goods here, seems to be a gamble so only spend what you are prepared to loose.

Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered a phone case 2 weeks ago still not had any correspondence from them. I've emailed numerous times and not even got a reply from them. Money taken. Disgusted. Hope you read reviews before you buy.( unlike me)😢

Goodmorning Your cellphone cover did not meet my expertations the steel hook on the backside have square edges you constantly feel these edges. My previous one had round edges Just as a cupper wire and they made it round. A ring of e.g. cupper wire. just to express my self correctly and you can visioning my remark. The same cover is not on your website anymore! Pitty can't place foto here.

I paid £28 for a speaker & never heard from them. No confirmation email, no delivery information. My bank is now chasing them for my money back. On top of that when you ask a question they want more money just to get a reply. A complete con!

I don’t want to give these guys 1 star as they don’t deserve it . Payed €40 for 2 phone cases as birthday presents for my daughters.They never arrived after the long 20 business days .I sent multiple emails ,asking for a refund as I did not receive my items and I got no reply what’s so ever Very frustrating 🤬 .It’s a disgrace that companies like this are able to trade and continually rob people of their money !!

Ordered two cellphone cases on March 3,2022 I emailed them numerous emails and no response I requested a refund heard nothing. I will not order anything from them again.

You took my money on Thursday 3rd Mar 2022 for a cellphone case £16-99 paid by Debit card. UK UK UK UK UK UKO UK. Did you get that UK UK UK UK UK. No confirmation from you Invoice etcetc. Seems your company is quite used to this treatment.
