I’m sorry we have been out of stock on some of our colors due to heavy demand. We hope to get everything back in in the next month or so. As for the developer, yes I do agree that developer without the color is not much use & I am so sorry for that. We do of course offer full refunds on all returns within 30 days, so you may like to avail of that.

I am sorry to hear that. Most customers (who are hairdressers) are generally very satisfied with our products. We have looked up your order. Can you clarify which product it was that was close to the expiration and not what you were expecting? I notice that you purchased several totally different products...ash blue additive, pretty pink, 10.1b etc. I assume you did not use these together, as they produce very different and very specific results. They are intended for professional use, also. If you could reply with some more details that would be most useful to solving your case.

Dear Olga, I'm really sorry to hear about this. We checked your records, it does look like you have purchased from us quite a few times (9 times, in fact) and hopefully that means that you were happy with your products. Your last order of 22nd April does look like it's stuck somewhere. I'll be glad to look it up and of course if it is lost we will replace it as we always do in such circumstances. Please do email us directly when this happens - it's quicker and we can act faster to get you your parcel that way. It doesn't look according to our records that you did email us previously about this order. Our customer service always replies within 24 hours and someone will look into this immediately and get back to you via email I assure you. Either way we will locate your parcel or we will ship you a replacement as we always do.

Dear Paula, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Just checking our chat record, we did respond when we heard that you wished to change your shipping address. Please do understand that our distribution center practices same day shipping. This means that deadlines are tight & it is not always possible to catch a parcel if someone wishes to change the address after ordering. Once again, truly very sorry about your experience.

Dear Kimberly, I am extremely sorry to hear that. Our bleaches, especially our blue based beaches do have a strong lift component, That said, I am surprised that you fried it just using 20 Vol. I also notice that you bought just one sachet, so I am really really surprised that just one sachet could fry your hair? Had the hair previously been bleached? In such cases (indeed in all cases) we do recommend a strand test before doing a full head bleach. That always shows you what the bleach is going to do on your hair and gives. Once again, I am very sorry for your experience & I hope we can pleasantly surprise you the next time!
