uDroppy's Customer Service is Superb!!
uDroppy has some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to chat with. This review goes out to Mina for directing me here to share my thoughts and she is just wonderful. She's always fast with replies and resolutions to any problems! Her kind and respectful manor of dealing with different situations is absolutely spectacular!! I hope any user who reads my review for uDroppy on trustpilot gets the opportunity to work with Mina and her amazing team!

Buona esperienza
ho avuto nel complesso una buona esperienza, i prodotti sono buoni e udroppy utilizza fornitori di qualità. Con l'abbonamento traction avevo il supporto via chat, devo dire che Stefano è sempre stato di aiuto e gentile.

Great experience with uDroppy
Great experience with uDroppy. I've sent 100,000s worth of orders through them. It's great to have a team manage the logistics/operational and let me get on with the marketing. Kareem in particular has been a great account rep and we wouldn't have been able to achieve such success without him! I definitely recommend uDroppy.

We know you will continue scaling and can't wait to have you again on My Grand Venture to share a new inspiring chapter of your story!

I have been working with Stefano from Udroppy as my Ecom Merchant for months and it has always been a pleasure : he is very professional, always giving me good advices to scale my business, and the fact that he manages well my logistics makes him an important pillar of my entire business and success. Thank you for your constant dedication!

Best way to go
I tried using YouTube, buying a $500 course that was outdated, and it was so discouraging. The one on one with a professional experienced manager makes it easier. Plus you can work on your own pace!

Good morning Candace, We appreciate your review. One of the reasons why our Merchant Success Managers are so appreciated is because they can put their experience at your disposal and help you apply what you learnt in your courses. While your Manager can help through 1:1s, don't give up on your personal training. Good luck for this quarter with uDroppy!

The first platform I've used that has great chat support!
Honestly the basic plan has been great for me and hopefully the PRO version will be great too. The chat support here is amazing and even made me laugh during the chat, very different to the overly robotic automated chat you typically find.

Hi Ben, Glad to read that you appreciate our support's sense of humor! X°D Jokes aside, thank you for sharing your experience with us, we are looking forward to knowing how uDroppy PRO and your assigned Merchant Success Manager made a difference for your ecommerce! Good luck!
