SCAM! They filed for the trademark however, never followed up, and now the trademark is dead. They missed 2 scheduled phone calls. No one responds to emails. Terrible experience. RUN from this "company"

I paid Secure Your Mark significant fees to file a trademark application for my business. Months later, I received an official notice from the USPTO stating that my application was incomplete because the filing fee payment had been disputed/refunded, causing the entire application and serial number to be cancelled. As a result, my trademark was never properly filed, and I now have to restart the process and pay additional fees. This caused unnecessary delays, stress, and potential risk to my brand. I trusted this company to handle the filing professionally, especially after charging multiple fees. Unfortunately, the process was not handled correctly, and I had to discover the issue directly from the USPTO instead of being proactively informed. I would strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their filings and confirm directly with the USPTO that applications have been successfully submitted and maintained.
