This company is amazing with customer service. Others should take note. I had a small defect in one of the 4 glasses I bought. They not only replaced mine but gave me an extra as a gift. They were fast and friendly. I look forward to buying from them again! #udarely

I purchased some items from Udarely and…
I purchased some items from Udarely and unfortunately they got lost in the post and couldn’t be tracked. Alex in the customer service team was amazing and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process! When they arrived, they were amazing and very much worth the wait.

Skull Glasses

Couldn't rate the service any better…
Couldn't rate the service any better and products are beautiful. Order was delivered internationally and unfortunately one glass broke in transit. Company couldn't have handled any better, getting back to me quickly and sending replacement glass plus a bonus as an apology

I ordered two glasses and unfortunately…
Wonderfull product and good service! I ordered two glasses and unfortunately one of Them was broken when I recieved it. Wrote to costumerservice and they have sent me a New glass and even an extra one! Perfect service! And I absolutely LOVE my skull-coffee glass👌🏻❤️

Responsive and helpful
Responsive and helpful customer service. My order broke in the mail, they swiftly sent a new one. The second one broke too but differently from the first (Lee Mug has 3 segments) so it was all good in the end.

Alas mugs
Ordered the Alas mugs. Beautiful mugs. Looks exactly as on the website. Really happy with my purchase. The customer service was also excellent and very responsive to my questions concerning the delivery. The only downside was the wait, shipping to Europe took 39 days.
