The order arrived in two weeks
The order arrived in two weeks, very well protected. All right. I found a glass with a small manufacturing defect, I contacted after sales and immediate response. very kind and they sent me two new glasses in 10 days. unbeatable. The glasses are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

Liquid Lux...
My first purchase with UDARELY was a beautiful success. I ordered 2 of their gorgeous ‘Cupid’s Glasses’ as well as their matching 3 set ‘Cupid Bowls’ for Valentine's Day and they were just as spectacular as advertised. They have such stunning glassware and I am already excited to add more of their artistic pieces to add to our creative bar collection. Thank you so much for this magic:)

Excellent service
Excellent service. I encountered problems with an order as the courier had lost the package, I contacted Customer Service and they promptly knew how to help me. They were really kind and professional. Also the products I bought are really well made and beautiful.

Beautiful glasses with good customer service
I bought two of the skulls glasses as a gift for my husband, who loved them. One arrived damaged, but they sent me a replacement set. Overall really pleased with them, they look great. I'd definitely shop here again.

Absolutely love my new skull glasses!
Blown away by their customer service! Everything from the package delivery updates, to the careful packaging, to the quick responses and kind comments via Instagram DM - everything was seamless. And the skull glasses I bought were even more beautiful in person than the photos! I also love that they can hold hot drinks as well - they look so cool with wine or coffee - not many designs can do both! I can't wait to purchase more beautiful glassware

Christmas mugs
I purchased 2 Christmas mugs from Udarely and when they arrived I was so pleased with them they were stunning - my friends have all commented on how lovely they are too! They are just as lovely as the pictures advertising them🙂
