I love these glasses so much, they are everything I wanted in a champagne flute! I have literally been searching for a year for a champagne glass that fits me and when I came across these I was in love instantly! I was please with how well packaged these were, so there was no doubt in my mind that they would have arrived broken. Overall I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.

We fell in love with the skull glasses initially, but when we went onto the website we found even more cool stuff and just couldn’t resist! The quality of their products are great, we were hesitant to order at first as we’ve never heard of the company but turns out the are totally genuine! We had an issue where the wrong glasses were sent out and all it took was one email and they corrected their mistake and as a gesture of good will let us keep the wrong items which was a bonus. I was so impressed with the service we received and how quick they rectified this mistake. I can confidently say what a great company, unique pieces and so professional and very pleasant to deal with. Will 1000% be purchasing from udarely again and again!

I had a great experience with this brand. My first order was not successfully delivered due to an issue with the local post office. UDARELY customer service promptly dispatched another set and were available to answer my questions along the way. When the items finally arrived, one broke almost right away - I think the glass was a bit too thin on that piece - and they sent another two as a replacement. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I also love the pieces I bought; I'd been eyeing them for months and was so glad I went for it.

I bought 10 glasses. The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed. Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable. I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology! I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support. I highly recommend it.
