- Bought the 6lg skull glasses set + skull shot glass set for a gift. - Out of the 12, 1 was chipped upon arrival. - explained the situation and sent them a picture - very accommodating and quick with their responses. - have been issued 2 replacements, 1 to replace the chipped cup, and the other as a complimentary gift to make up for the fact that the initial cup was chipped - by far the best customer service ever!! Giving me an extra cup just goes to show how much they value their customers and not just sale-focused. Preface: I work at retail and I’ve done my fair share of communicating online about items I’ve purchased so I think I’ve enough foundation to base my comment Will definitely come back for future gifts!!

I’ve had to contact customer service recently for a particular reason, and the representative I spoke with, Steven, was extremely attentive, swiftly responsive, and he did everything possible to help me. I am very happy and I can’t wait to purchase more things from this great company!

Ordered a decanter and a pair of coffee mugs prior to Christmas last year and love them both. Unfortunately one of the glasses broke, but I emailed support and they shipped me a new set immediately. Wonderful customer service!

I bought 4 glasses as a birthday present for a friend who had dreamed of them for a long time. The glasses arrived on time and the quality of glass packaging does not leave the possibility of damage to the glasses during transportation. However, it turned out that 3 of 4 glasses came with defects ... ( I contacted Udarely team and received a quick response with a proposal for a solution to this problem, which completely satisfied me. PS. Absolutely superb and quirky glasses. I have bought the stainless steel wine goblets, gold topped tumblers, copper Moscow Mule beakers and stainless steel champagne flutes - and I’ve not finished as the products are amazing. I’ve recommended Udarely to friends and family. The after sales service is also excellent.

Udarely sent the wrong set of cups, but quickly corrected the issue by sending out the correct ones immediately and letting me keep the others. They took care of things quickly and made it right. Great customer service by Udarely, makes me confident to purchase from again!
