Udarely customer service is fantastic! I have ordered their products 3 times previously. Recently, one of the glasses in my order broke during shipping process and they shipped replacements that same day. Highly recommend, great quality products and customer service!

Amazing customer service
After having received incorrect items, the customer service team went above and beyond to get the right items to me in the shortest possible time and at a different address. The mugs I ordered were a gift and the recipient loves them.

What a great Company to deal with
What a great Company to deal with. Firstly I have to say the product is amazing, exactly what I expected (so rare these days) and I had a small hiccup with delivery and they fixed it so fast with no fuss. (also rare these days). Would recommend buying anything from this company and I will definitely be purchasing more stuff.
