Am enjoying the process - and the online customer service are very quick / helpful when there are issues with the website - particularly Ines. It's taken me a little while to get my head around the design process - but I think it's very user friendly and seems designed in an intuitive way in particular the layout templates.

As a starter, little knowledge about free website building. at time time i struggling they came forward instantly to assist me building the website may be i haven't started. they will help me to build and hopefully i will start with a new domain from Ucraft and and publish my own website shortly. thank you ucraft

I'm just starting, but I'm having a nice experience. Is a very friendly interface and I want to keep going, I have used other site builders, but I prefer this.

I am new to UCraft and I found their support system to be excellent. However because I am new to this site I find the editing of their templates annoying and troublesome. If their editing of templates was easier to understand and use I would have given them a 5 Star rating.
