interface was too slow, I was limited to using templates, I couldn't do some thing as simple as adding images to a blank site, there wasn't an option too add my html code or the button that said html wouldn't press. the free service was completely useless in the 15 painstaking minutes I was there before I deleted my account which makes it all the more interesting that I am still receiving emails...… I now feel as if I shall be haunted by an endless supply of SPAM from this site. You have a lovely looking interface though, I would definitely have suggested it to other people if I hadn't tried it myself first.

This whole experience has been frustrating. We bought a domain through them, but uh, we don't have access to it. Our card has been charged and everything. Don't bother trying to talk to customer support via the website, they're entirely unresponsive during normal business hours. I still have an unanswered message from 8 hours ago+. The website is a pain to customize for desktop and a pain to customize for mobile. We are going to go through another site because honestly? This is a waste of time and a mess.

Seriously disappointed with this platform. I wasn’t able to utilise the landing pages partly due to a misunderstanding on my part, about how they worked with an existing domain. When I tried to resolve this with support, they didn’t take the time to understand what I was saying and kept on repeating the same sentences. Poor social skills on their part, and the head of their chat support, Lena, was very unprofessional in her last interaction with me. I very rarely post negative reviews but the service I received was just terrible!

Terrible website builder! The free templates are EXTREMELY limited: you can only change the text and the images, nothing else. Any other changes, you must upgrade to a paid plan. I then decided to sign up for the free 14-day trial, thinking that if I liked it I would opt for a paid plan, but still ran into issues: the interface is not very intuitive, despite I've built many drag-and-drop websites both personally and professionally (Weebly, Wix, Squarespace), and the controls are very limited. For instance, you cannot change the placement of the site title in the page header: it's either top of page, centered, or bottom of page. I had an image with mountains and needed to slightly adjust the placement but couldn't. Also, I wanted to use a video header, and the interface asked for a "mobile image" (since video headers don't work on mobile). Ok, so I uploaded one...and the still image is what came up first on my DESKTOP site, THEN switched to the video header. NOT the effect I wanted! There was no control anywhere to fix this. Overall, I wasted an entire six hours or more trying to get this site to work, until I finally gave up and went back to Wix. At least Wix has plenty of user controls that work properly and an interface that lets you accomplish what you need to do. Never again, Ucraft.

Very few editing options. Users need to update their plan for simple editing and basic options.

A free website that does not allow you to add your own logo or Google Map location to the site without an upgrade. Why would any small business sign up with you?

If you are going to offer something for free, actually offer it for free. b.s.
