I'm one of the most difficult to handle customers there is. I know this because of how many salespeople give up after my countless inquiries. UCraft support has provided me with concise answers and they always reply quickly. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was there password protect feature, which asks users for a password for every page. This however isn't a problem for the 99% of users that weren't trying to use it for a different purpose than what it was created for. Every single other thing I've inquired about had some type of solution that didn't force me to compromise. UCraft is the way to go if you're looking for a versatile but extremely easy to use website creator. I've yet to see any website builder who provides the same ease of use at even close to the same price. Shopify is as easy to use (for the most part), but their support is miles behind, most likely due to the drop shipping fad allowing them to do w.e. they want with small customers. Shopify does have more plugins, but there's so many repetitive and useless plugins you end up wasting your time and website functionality with. Honestly the free trial with no credit card information, and free landing page, speak for itself.

I am so pleased with UCRAFT and the way it was so easy to create a web page. I am also pleased with the Customer Service support from Nina. She worked with me for several hours trying to get my billing information into the system, setting up the domain name, tying the domain name to my newly created UCRAFT web page, and fixing the SEO. I needed that customer support and she proved quite valuable! I will recommend this company to all of my friends looking to create a web page! I have used several website builders, but for me, Ucraft stand out. their designs are so 2025, it is easy to use and you have the ability to use your own domain. this is awesome. Another important thing is, their customer service, its outstanding, i got assisted on a few issues in a flash and on a Sunday.

I am so pleased that after a lot of digging and research, I finally stumbled upon Ucraft. I needed a website builder that was intuitive and easy to use, I needed it to be free for an unlimited amount of time, so that I could decide to buy, once I was comfortable with the builder itself and once I was confident in the quality of the support available and that I would receive timely responses, despite being based in the UK and not in the US. I am extremely pleased, I was able to build my website completely for free, just as advertised, I was also able to connect the domain name that I already owned, without any further charge and I was even able to enable my site to have an SSL certificate, again, with no extra charge, quite simply just by clicking on a few buttons in settings that were clearly labelled. I used the online chat support service, several times throughout the process and have been pleasantly surprised by the speediness of the response, within a few minutes and also, the clarity of the guidance. I am still tweaking my website and I hope to enable a facebook feed and maybe dabble with a bit of e-commerce, for that I will have to upgrade to a pro website package but I feel that is priced accessibly for a very small business such as mine and now I have had enough time to experience the website builder itself, I feel confident in upgrading. I think it is excellent, that this company actually enables you to have an online web presence for free with a full online chat support service too. I am so happy that I have found a new website builder that I can trust, after my last website builder was bought out and the support service deteriorated and I had to leave. Well done Ucraft, keep up this excellent work and a massive thank you from a very relieved and delighted small business owner.
