Initially I really liked the company and the free hosting. Then the free hosting became a paid hosting, which is fine. But for $100 a year, I can no longer access my website to do anything (including edits for broken links etc) and the only support option is a bot that neither connects to a human nor solves the issues. I'm disappointed but I now have to redo my website on another provider, but the plus side is that I can get a better website on a cheaper plan with better service elsewhere.

Unresponsive customer service. They will take your money and leave you with a problem caused by their platform, and not even try to solve it, no updates. Ucraft (now under SoftConstruct umbrella) used to work well. Not anymore! Just AI non sense a poor customer service. 6 days with an expired domain because of their mistake. They told me to buy a new domain because they can't solve it. Imagine that!

There is no real time support, it’s always after hours. That is very frustrating.

Really bad product and service. It charged cost from me but I can not use the product, and the website always had problem loading the right page. What it always does is to lead you to the payment page and it will only wants to get money from you but does not provide any service. The 24/7 support is just a joke, when you have a problem, you can not find anyone from the support team, neither a reply. I do not recommend and will add this company to my black list. Feel really angry, because I cannot get my money back.

Create a website just for them without any explanation block your account access with all the time you spend on, all the information you fill in, and create text so you can start all over. BRAVO, your perfect site cost me just 2 days of my precious time. I am a photographer. I create a portfolio with glamour photos but VERY DECENT nothing to block my entire account without the possibility of copying my data from there or just changing two photos where nipple is visible!!

I need to sell using a third party link and your site does not have that capability.

Double billed

Yet another person to whom they deleted the website without notice (as they did in reply to other negative reviews, I'm sure they'll claim here too that they notify: they don't). 30 days of inactivity and your website, as a free user, is gone for good. No grace period, no backup, no notification (and claim they cannot prove they notified me as their email are deleted after a couple months... seriously, as a website hosting company how little space do they have for near-blank emails?!?!). I was also not notified of the domain being disconnected for free users. The staff helped me somewhat fix a couple of design bugs in the website, but that's worth nothing if it all goes out the window. They obviously have a big problem with their notification emails not going out and until they deny this they won't fix it. So, if you're a free user with a little website that may not generate much traffic, BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP (or just go elsewhere really...).
