Had an issue and they were on it right away despite the chat box saying they would be offline until the next morning. Turns out the issue was me but they isolated it and had me questions answered in no time. Been nothing but good experiences so far.

I'm very pleased with Ucraft overall. I was able to build a beautiful website at a reasonable cost. I did run into some small issues (as is common with any website building company/software), but the staff at Ucraft was always available to give me the thorough personal assistance I needed to resolve the issues and make my website the best it can be. I do recommend this company.

Every website has its flaws and quirks, Ucraft is no different. However the support staff are always prompt to answer back. No problem of mine seemed too difficult to solve. I am very happy with Ucraft and would recommend.

Really nice UI and website designer. Some parts could be corrected and would be nice like adding video audio to the youtube links etc, but customer support is very helpful. The free plan is great and maybe getting a subscription is worth it too!
