Ordered early september. No emails or updates. i've chased and finally got a message to say stock lands in the UK mid october. this was not made clear and judging by the masses of negative feedback on here for the same reason, it would suggest there is a problem that needs addressing! wish i NEVER ordered. AVOID

So after a bad experience in April when I ordered the W Grip and it took months because of a delay i got it. Which wasn't optimal but the company was having issues at the time. John reached out to me to see if they could help with anything else and all I can say is John is a gentleman and I bought some smile handles to see how it went. It went first class from order to delivery. Ill get testing them a different day but they do look and feel quality🔥...now just to be clear without John being as nice and professional id never have got the smile handles...its restored my faith in Uclips. John 5 stars from me mate. Thats a jump from a 1 star so you're doing something right. Amazing experience this time around because of him

Item ordered and confirmed but not delivered when due. Incorrect tracking information from the SHOP app they are now using. No response from UClips support / customer service. Will need to start reclaim via credit card company. Update - Eliott, thanks for your response. Your colleague John has now replied to the mail I sent to support. Will await delivery mid October.

Hey Graham, The W Grip is on back order because they sold out. We restock on the 10th of October that's why we haven't sent the shipment out yet. The SHOP app is really annoying with the tracking, it estimates delivery timelines based on our normal delivery schedule and we can't modify this. However, I want to make sure we're getting back to you, can you confirm you sent an email to [email protected] or a dm on instagram? My team says there are no open tickets. Although one of the products in my initial shipment was accidentally swapped for an incorrect item, the Uclips team did everything they could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Mistakes can happen — it’s how they are handled that makes the difference. Very happy with both the product and the service!

The Smile Handle is perfectly designed. It's ideal for the forearm/ wrist exercises i got it for and the smoothest bicep curl I've ever done in my life. No more pain. Highly recommend this product.
