Avoid if you live in the UK/EU
Edit 2: I received the W Grip around the middle of June, and I deliberately did not post any updates until I had properly tested it. After using it for a while, I can honestly say that, unfortunately, it was not worth either the money or the wait. In my opinion, it is essentially a standard V bar with a few minor modifications. One thing that I noticed is the gritty mechanism. It was not smooth at all, so I ended up disassembling it and applying industrial grade grease to make it operate smoothly. I was also quite surprised to find that no washers had been used where the handles connect to the central piece. also the rotation mechanism relies on a very cheap plastic bushing! , no ball bearing att all. Another unexpected disappointment was the rotating handles. I originally thought this would be a great feature, but after using them I actually found that attachments that have fixed handles with a rotating swivel or pivot feel much more natural. Of course, that may simply come down to personal preference. Overall, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. The reason for the extra star is that the materials themselves are actually quite good. However, considering the price paid and the long waiting time, I expected a much better designed and better finished product. ———— Edit 1 (2nd June): this morning I received a reply from customer service confirming my order will be processed in the next 2 weeks as inventory is being restocked. Will keep updating this accordingly. Original review: Avoid if you live in the UK. I paid good money for a W Grip and a Smile Handle on 25 April. The website was not clear that these were pre-orders, especially with a large “Add to Cart” button suggesting the items were available. More than a month later, there is still no shipping update. And When I previously contacted customer service, I received what appeared to be a generic response with no meaningful information. I honestly started wondering whether I had been scammed, although I still hope the order will eventually be sent, whenever that may be. In hindsight, I should have checked the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Having done so now, my experience seems consistent with many others. I also noticed that the US version of the website does not appear to show the same pre-order dates. I’m not sure how the conflict in the Middle East affects the UK/EU market but not the US market. Perhaps UK customers are simply considered less important. Based on my experience, I would advise people to avoid ordering. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headache.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, I'm sorry it hasn't met your expectations. To clarify on the pre-order visibility: we do display the estimated dispatch date in bold above the add to cart button, and it's also included in your order confirmation email. That said, I understand the button itself can still create confusion, and it's something we're actively working to improve. Regarding the difference between the US and UK/EU: we've had stock in the US for three years as our original market, which is why there's no pre-order there. We set up UK and EU fulfillment centres specifically to offer customers in those markets fast and affordable shipping once stock arrives — the alternative would be shipping from the US at $75–$100 per order, which isn't a reasonable ask. UK and EU customers matter just as much to us. I'm sorry our customer service response felt generic. I don't have your order details here, but if you share your order number I'll look into it personally. The good news: your shipment is on track to arrive at our warehouse end of this week, and we expect to fulfil your order by Friday or Monday at the latest. Best, Eliott, Founder
