Dear Customer, Thank you for posting this review. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your order. After receiving your order, we processed and shipped it within 5 working days. Please note that we shipped from China and the shipping method you selected was standard shipping. Normally, it only takes 1-2 days to complete customs clearance. But in rare cases, packages may be carefully inspected by customs agencies, and your package happened to encounter this situation. So it took longer time. During this process, we have been in contact with the logistics company to promptly understand the status of package transportation. It only took about 20 days from your placing the order to receiving the package, not a month. We sincerely apologize again for the delay. Even though you didn’t return the eyeglasses to us, we still refunded you according to your request. We sincerely apologize for your unpleasant shopping experience and the inconvenience. Any question, please feel free to contact us.
