If the lenses accidentally popped out during transportation, we are willing to remake the glasses and reship to you, at our cost. About the frame size, we have shown all the size details, including the frame weight under the Product Description of each frame. If the frame is unfit, you can contact our customer service department([email protected])within 30 days to do exchange or get other solutions.
