I received my glasses and they were of great quality and look amazing.

OK I thought it was going to be a scam. I did not receive my order and like a month had gone by. I contacted Ublin via email to explain the problem. I'll admit I was upset in my email. They gave me the best customer service Long story short they apologized that I did not get my order and remade my glasses and sent them to me. All the while they were checking on me to make sure I was good. I received my glasses (the second ones). and I LOVE them. the quality is great, the prescription is great. The Customer service IS GREAT. and customer service is a big thing to me. Oh yeah, i'm getting more glasses. This is my ultimate go to for glasses. Never did get my 1st order!!

I order the glasses for a family member and she love love love them. She wants me to order two more pair.

It was a wonderful experience. I wasn't sure if you are able to add the prescription to the glasses.

I’m not happy with the size of the frame and I’ve asked to return them within the time frame. No reply to return or to get a replacement I would like to return and be refunded

They replace my glasses with no questions asked ( a stone was missing upon delivery (this is my 10- 15th pair). I just referred 3 people roday, and it's nor even 12 noon. Thank you for keeping fly.
