Dear Readers Please note that there are two reviews that this client has placed and this is just bad intention and he is using it as blackmail and coercion to get us to give him a free service, the reason this client is unhappy is very clear, he has sought a quote for a service that he has not contracted and does not agree with the price, let me put this into perspective. You order a Ferrari You pay for the Ferrari You get delivery of the Ferrari 6 months later you decide that you want to add a sound system to the car The dealer tells you that the cost on 2,000 USD You do not agree on the price You slander and bad mouth the dealer because you have not agreed on the price Dear Alexander, We are writing to address the review you recently posted on Trust Pilot concerning our company, Europe Emirates Group. We wish to clarify that all contracted services, including licensing and residency, were successfully completed and delivered to you on June 10, 2022. Since that time, your company has been operational and there have been no outstanding or pending tasks on our end. Our recent communications with you have solely focused on your options for renewing or winding up your company, as per your obligations. We have a comprehensive record of these communications, which can serve as evidence of our diligence in advising you on these matters. Given the above, we find it neither fair nor accurate for you to label Europe Emirates Group as "crooks" in a public forum. Doing so constitutes not just an ethical lapse, but also a potential legal issue under the grounds of slander. To attribute your dissatisfaction with penalties and charges levied by the Dubai Government Company Registry, which are beyond our control, directly to us is misleading and unjust. Furthermore, the two-week delay regarding the change of agent is due to the need for your company's license to be renewed. Only after this renewal will IFZA, the licensing authority, be willing to proceed with reviewing your file. We remain committed to providing you with high-quality services and are available to discuss any concerns you may have regarding company renewal or winding up. You are at liberty to choose whether you wish for Europe Emirates Group to carry out these services or to engage another company for the task. I have coped the registry to this email and if they will let you have an NOC for a change of agent prior to renewing the company we have no objection however the standard protocol is that if a company is a pending renewal nothing can happen until renewal has been executed. We look forward to resolving this matter amicably and hope to continue to serve your business needs in the future. Best regards,
