I would like to personally apologise that in your experience it was not processed as quickly as you would of liked. As the new managing associate of the team I will be looking into this case to see if it was our speed that could of changed this or whether this was an external factor. Either way, you should have been updated with this information and as you said, had alternative options to come back on.
