We are disappointed to read this review as it appears to reflect frustration with standard regulatory and banking requirements rather than any failing on our part. The reviewer successfully obtained his company and operated it for more than two years. The issues raised relate primarily to banking, visa renewals, visa cancellation and transfer requirements, all of which are governed by banks, immigration authorities and regulatory bodies. The reality is simple. Banks require supporting documentation before onboarding clients. Immigration authorities require compliance with visa regulations. Transfer and cancellation processes require specific documentation and procedures. These are standard requirements that apply to everyone. Throughout this matter, guidance, solutions and assistance were provided. However, neither we nor any other service provider can force a bank to onboard a client, waive immigration requirements or ignore regulatory procedures. Most business owners understand that maintaining a company requires ongoing compliance with the requirements of banks, authorities and registries. The process is generally straightforward when those requirements are met.

Setting up a company under time pressure is never easy, particularly when residency is also part of the process. At first, my case was managed by Tyrone, and subsequently by Manilen and Bryce. I cannot speak highly enough of the way they handled each stage. As with any bureaucratic procedure, there were moments where patience was required. However, at every juncture, the team kept me thoroughly informed, clearly explained each step, and, most importantly, never overpromised. Their transparency and guidance ultimately enabled me to complete both the company registration and residency within the tight timeline I required. Manilen was consistently discreet, efficient, and professional, ensuring that all necessary documentation was properly prepared and submitted. Bryce was exceptional. He went above and beyond, offering reassurance throughout, keeping me fully apprised of what was required and when, and helping me remain composed (not an easy task) so that everything was completed on time. While some suggest that this process can be handled independently, the reality is far more complex. Emirates Group turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and successful experience. I truly could not have achieved this outcome without their support. Thank you!
