Avoid. Offers rarely track. You need to send tickets in to wait for an automated email response. They offer a discord, which mods tell us they are NOT support. The app had trouble laoding, so I asked if there was an issue. Since they always have issues with payments down and app loading. I was banned from discord within 3 minutes without any response. Then a few hours later banned from "support" chat. Purchases don't track. Nothing I can do. Terrible company.

Had cashout issues from the beginning then one member of the customer support got everything cleared up. Completed 2 offers on 11/27/24 The points balance weren't credited to my account contacted support, then went to go back on site and saw my account was suspended, after I requested help from support and provided them with all evidence that I had completed the offers. Would have given 1 star but thanks to the initial customer support member that got my first issue corrected i gave a 2.

So I think is customer service would actually communicate with the end users of this app it would make all the difference in the world. I used the app and it paid out a little over $1500 in about 35 days and payments were received I minutes. Sounds great and I wish I could post a 5 star review here but unfortunately like many other comments and posts I have read here and elsewhere my account was suspended and banned for no valid reason. I submitted a ticket for an offer that didn't track, something I had done many many times already as there were definitely a lot of tracking issues in the app. Normally they were handled fairly quickly but this time I noticed a message flash on my screen. It was only the preview of whatever the full message was and said something about virtual machine. I never got to see the entire message and the moment I saw that preview of the message I logged into the app and it took me directly to a page that said my account was suspended for suspicious activity. There was a "chat with us" link there and it said to contact them to have my account reinstated but the link took you to a page that just says "oops something went wrong" and no options to do anything else. I had dealt with issues through their discord channel before and immediately went there to find out what happened. I was using the app on 2 devices and Kat on discord said something was wrong with one of my devices and I should stop using it and reinstated my account. I was able to use the app again, but I still couldn't contact customer service through the app and if I tried it would only take me to that "oops something went wrong" page. I stopped using the 2nd device to play as I didn't want to lose my account since still seemed great at the time. Within 24 hours of being reinstated I had another issue with an offer tracking. Still couldn't open customer service in the app. I logged into the app on the 2nd device to see if customer service would work on it but it didn't. Then went to discord to try and resolve the problem. I explained it to one of the MOD's and then waited. All of a sudden I get a message from Kat saying "the problem is I told you to stop using the bad device" and then I was immediately kicked out of the discord server with no chance to respond or say anything. Like I said I had stopped using the 2nd device except for logging into it the 1 time to see if I could contact customer service on it. I think I stopped using the "bad device" anyway because I was never actually told which device was the problem but I assumed that the one I had originally used to download and sign up was the good one. Anyway at that point I can't contact customer service through the app, can't contact on discord any more either. I have attempted since to contact through e-mail and Facebook with no response. Both of the devices that I used were just regular cell phones and not rooted or anything else like that. I've read their TOS multiple times and I'm certain I did nothing to violate them. I was owed around $250 at the time I got suspended and ghosted if you include the points I was trying to contact them about that didn't track. What I would really like is my account reinstated and to be able to determine what went wrong and made them feel that my account should be banned but the little communication that existed was immediately cut off with pretty much no real explanation why and without asking me for any information about how I had used the app. I've seen tons of posts of others that describe pretty much the same experience so maybe it's true that the are a scam and if you make too much $ they cut you off. Note that links to their discord channel no longer function, I noticed that today. Maybe someone from the company will see this and wanna figure this out and make it right as I noticed that one of the 5 Stats reviews on here from October 26th was posted by an employee of the company so they have seen the reviews that are here. I would like to change my review to 5 stars because it was the best app out there until it wasn't any more.

Before that app was good and keep paying but I don't know what happened to them now they ban peoples with money inside who have issues with them. I only ask them with my account was reviewing but the only answers I got is a ban without any explanation. SCAM we should to make it close from Google store

SCAM! They only stealing your personal data and id.

Just like the others here, some "recent" change or another on this app has transformed into just a extremely terrible scam.. 3 or 4 separate times that I did a game offer, the rewards given were lower than what was shown or the offer would be a high $ one then when you get to the final task the reward just magically lowers to dirt, or they would just straight up reject the reward then pocket the entire thing themselves, then when you put in a ticket asking and showing their scum tactics.. account got flagged hours after. Been almost a week since I emailed them about asking why I was flagged but of course being ghosted Avoid them or just don't even start, I lost hundreds maybe even a thousand between wasting money on the offer then being stolen the rewards from

Well been playing for a long time and i just got banned for suspicous activity kicked from discord i dont do anything wrong.

Got banned for no reason. The mods on the discord channel are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Got told I was a cheater when I have done nothing of the sort and happy to prove them otherwise. As soon as I started earning they banned me.
