Completed the milestone to reach city 500 in Eatventure with 48 days to go. I even have the screenshots. Coincidentally that milestone disappeared from the app just moments after accomplishing it. Contacted customer support and they refuse to respond. This is a fraudulent company.

Do not download this app 🚩
Do not download this app, as they have blocked or banned me three times today already, simply because they accused me of claiming the reward for a cumulative purchase of over $200 twice, but clearly it false accused, they block me second time just because put my verification ID or my passport but they immediately block me, than they fix again but this time they block me third time where clearly they say I made other accounts since I made nearly 1400$ but that account got banned almost 1 years ago but just because I actually downloaded different game almost 5-6 times, i made second account but those untrustworthy (customer support) saying to me that you have to tell us to reactivate your old account but I know they won't do it and my T Y rewards app got black screen (my old account not new account) meaning I don't have access and just to make this interesting when I trying to give bad reviews (google play reviews) to those horrible company (TY rewards app) they basically hassment me by saying this statement: "(first and last name) has violated our ToS as he had already an account XXXXXX - *************@gmail.com which he cashed out $1,404.98 USD and then made a second account XXXXXX - ***********@gmail.com which he also cashed out $664.30 USD. If there was an issue with the initial account, the user could've contacted us to fix it." They trying to use against me, just for They don't look bad themselves(disgusting behavior) but PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP SINCE THEY NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND THEY 100% scammed. One more thing they stole my money near approximately 80$ that i about to complete that task soon before they ban me permanently 🚩. Thank you for listening to my review a.k.a my experience this app

This company should not be allowed to…
This company should not be allowed to operate. I will get my share from the lawsuit. They will close your account down if you even touch a milestone worth anything more than 50 bucks, and cashbacks they literally have full proof in app of your purchases and claim it didn’t meet criteria. Don’t let this company play you they get a paid commission and a percent goes to the ppl and they just rob ppl blind and shut accounts down. Crappy customer service and seems to be the same guy “James” other ppl have mentioned about. I do this to make extra money for my family and instead these companies rob you and have you pay money into games and then leave you in the dust and down on your own bills now. Again don’t touch this app or any single offer from tyrads

Misleading rewards and terrible customer support
Tyr Rewards advertised a 2x bonus, but after I completed the tasks, I only received the regular 1x rewards.
I provided clear screenshots showing the discrepancy, but support kept sending me back and forth between Tyr Rewards and the game publisher instead of resolving the issue. In the end, they simply said the rewards were correct and closed the case, refusing to respond further, without addressing why the advertised 2x promotion was not honored.
Very misleading experience and extremely poor customer service. Consumers should be careful and keep screenshots of every offer before starting.

Withholding $877.73 over clear offerwall errors — I have official game developer proof
Do not waste your time or money with Try Rewards (TyrAds Pte. Ltd.). They are currently withholding over $877.73 in verified milestone payouts across two separate game campaigns (The Grand Mafia and Mafia City), despite full video and photographic proof of completion. The support department is operating in complete bad faith. Their active "Mafia City" tracking dashboard features an egregious clerical error, demanding a massive 5.6M point milestone to "Upgrade your Hostage Cell to Level 25." I provided their support staff with explicit, irrefutable screenshot proof straight from the official Mafia City Game Master (GM) explicitly stating: "There is no distinct building called a 'Hostage Cell' in Mafia City, as that mechanic is associated with other titles like The Grand Mafia."I progressed my actual Mafia City account to Mansion Level 26 in complete good faith, entirely fulfilling the intended level-progression criteria of the offer. Despite official developer documentation proving that their milestone string is cross-contaminated and impossible to complete, support representatives James and Princess issued a boilerplate refusal. They claim their "campaign manager confirmed it is valid," blindly choosing to believe a glitched automated data spreadsheet over the actual creators of the game.Previously, I completed the entire campaign for The Grand Mafia, only to have the app stop tracking mid-run and be told "there's nothing we can do." In total, I have invested hundreds of dollars in real money and weeks of labor into their advertised links, only to be stone-walled by support over their own broken code.I am a long-standing, high-tier user with a verified history of hundreds of dollars in successful platform traffic. I have a full screen recording and image logs of this entire customer service exchange ready to distribute. I am fully prepared to update this review to a positive rating the exact moment an operations manager conducts a manual wallet override to credit my account for my hard-earned missing balances.

I like an automated system
I like an automated system. If you pass the security checks and click the offers then away you go. The problem comes when you have arbitrary snoops like James and Julian who work customer service at try rewards. These guys manually adjust your payouts and are blind to all of their breeches of contract. Why do James and Julian behave like this? Because they are human. I like an automated system where my money is not held hostage by little boys trying to impress their employer by pencil whipping customers.
