Been using this app for half a year now. At first they did pay out the small rewards, so I trusted them. When i went for a higher reward they did not pay out. I made an appeal for the reward and my account got suspended the day after. I spent 2 weeks playing games for it :(

Well the rewards are instant when you go to redeem but when you do task of any kind there is a chance that their app will not track it and if you spent money to complete a task, well good luck there is a chance that task won't be track and you outta luck if the people will not compensate you because their app(their fault),failed to register that you completed an task, their task are really straightforward and easy to understand.

Why is it so that when I achieve a high point reward, I don't get the reward and get a "Rejected ticket" when I submit it? It clearly shows the needed level to get the points, but I don't get the points?

They have tendency to change your offer after you've already started it you could be close to finishing the game and baam they lower or remove a task It happened to me inside their app but I was able to get them to fix my task reward since it was almost -40% of the original reward .. now again after having started an offer they decided to remove completely like 4 tasks rewards ... I have no clue how is this not illegal I feel like it's lowkey scamming not happy with Tyr Ads overall

Had cashout issues from the beginning then one member of the customer support got everything cleared up. Completed 2 offers on 11/27/24 The points balance weren't credited to my account contacted support, then went to go back on site and saw my account was suspended, after I requested help from support and provided them with all evidence that I had completed the offers. Would have given 1 star but thanks to the initial customer support member that got my first issue corrected i gave a 2.

Overall this app has been one of these best apps I can rely on when completing a offer but recently I been playing rise of kingdom. Everything worked until I reach teir 4 troops which is one of the biggest payouts and it says rejected please continue. That was a huge disappointment considering the time and money I had to put towards the game smh : Update they support credit it thankfully
