Suspended my account for absolutely no reason, twice, refusing to honor their obligation to pay what was earned. After clearing the first ban, two days later I was suspended, again, both times they refused to indicate why suspension occurred. Second time they stripped me of any opportunity to appeal. I suspect it is because I use an ad blocker so I am not bombarded with outright lies that would be illegal on television or even YouTube, as most of their games employ these advertisements obsessively. Did not respond to email support. Trash service by trash people, ultimately unsurprised.

I have been trying to get my account verified for a couple months now so I can cash out. They suspended my account due to suspicious activity. I have sent them several emails trying to get the suspension lifted so I can verify with no luck. And today, when I tried to log into my account, it is no longer there. My account has been erased and they still owe me a payout. Wasted time playing games. Don't use this app.

Absolutely disgusted. My account was banned after I completed 3 high point offers and when I tried contacting support they first told me they would love to assist and help then when I explained my issue they flagged my account then banned me in the middle of conversation with chat support. They rewarded me at first with the lower completed tasks and then pulled that disgusting rude crap and said they banned my account because my device, which is a Samsung tablet, was not compatible with their terms. This is just a horrible app and horrible people who run it. If I knew how to get them shut down, I would take the steps necessary.

I've played through a lot of these reward apps and I can honestly say that this one is my favorite. I've never had issues with it tracking my progress, and I can cash in my points and have them sent instantly to my PayPal. They have LOTS of interesting games to choose from so you aren't likely to get bored, and some of the tasks are highly rewarding. I made over $200 playing Age of Apes, alone. I'd highly recommend you try this app if you're someone who likes playing games as a side hustle.

I am currently doing the Raid Shadow Legends Offer. It has multiple rewards. I was awarded points for every part of the offer I have completed except for the "Reach level 40" part of the offer. When I reached level 40 this morning (after buying several in game purchases) the "Reach level 40" box got moved to the completed section and has a message under it saying "Rejected, please continue". When I press the help button it takes me to a blank page. I am confused as to why this portion of the offer supposedly did not track but yet I was awarded points for completing the other objectives (including the "Open 4 sacred shards" part that I completed AFTER reaching level 40...) I spent a vast amount of time and considerable amount of money reaching level 40. Please award me my points. I have attached screenshots of the rejected offer, my account progression on raid showing that I reached level 40, as well as a screenshot of my profile on Tyr Rewards. Update 01/09/25: Their email support told me the offer was rejected it because it "did not meet the minimum time requirement". The only time requirement stated on the offer was that it be completed in 30 days and i reached level 40 in 3 because i made several purchases in game... Because of this i apparently completed it too fast for their liking? I am still waiting on a response from them as to what the minimum time limit was and why that was not stated in the offer terms. More over the in game purchases I made were also parts of the offer that rewarded me for making 3 purchases a day... Why give me an incentive to make purchases in game if there is a minimum requirement??

If I could rate lower I would I spent hours on a game that should have took days and stared at the screen do long playing this because well I am in between employment and I am filling applications but considering my ads my messages my facebook any form of data I own insists on falsely advertising they are a good side hustle to earn extra cash I thought I would give it a shot and until I got on trust pilot just now and seen how many others has been dealing with this for a while now I do not feel so alone in being scammed by this game Tyr Rewards I am so sorry for anyone who has fell for there line of support

Banned me after almost a year of me earning on their platform. Completed an offer for 101 levels for 91$ in about 13 hours time spending 8 of those hours completing the offer and submitted 7 tickets for support because some of the goals weren't tracking. They approved 3 of my tickets and rejected the others then suspended my account. Absolute scam
