I ordered a pair of shoes and following EU sizing, I ordered a 10US or a 43.5 EU. I wear between a 42 or 43 EU depending on the brand. These shoes had over an inch of space from where my toes ended to the front of the shoe. When I sent a photo and explained the issue to CS, they just repeatedly just brought up the size in cm on their website is for foot size and not the shoe itself. I re-iterated the shoes were much too big and that a .5 size difference EU shouldn't be this big. They stopped responding once they offered to "waive" their return fee of $10 and never sent me a return label. I would never buy from this company again and strongly recommend to shop else where

Realicé una compra de unas zapatillas por la web, hace ya casi dos semanas. No he recibido ningún tipo de mensaje, actualización del pedido.. NADA. Intento contactar por correo y la respuesta es NULA. Bastante defraudada con la gestión de TYR, y encima te cobran unos gastos de envío abusivos. Sigo esperando que alguien se ponga en contacto conmigo por correo.

Very poor customer service. Sent multiple emails and messaged their Instagram. Got one very unhelpful email reply and then no follow up, even after sending one email to who I was directed to and then another customer service email address I found on their website. It's a shame because they seem like decent enough products but if you have any issues you're left in no man's land.

This company is dishonest, I highly do not recommend. Their site lists shoes on sale , however they do not honour what the site says and instead the head of CS says they can’t do anything . Awful customer service .

Shoes are OK. sizing is way off

honestly shocked they have such bad reviews... I ordered a shoe that was too small and they returned it no problem. I was able to talk to a rep on the phone which seems to be impossible these days. The service was great and I bought a new pair.

I tried ordering nylon plated running shoes from their website only to find out that they used an old fashioned bait and switch technique when it was time to check out. The shoes were marked down to $89 but when it was time to check out the price jumped to $135. Nice try TYR! Customer service was no better. Be smart and stay away from this hot mess!
