I made an error, ordered the wrong size, and tried to cancel it right away. Only to find out that, through cold, unhelpful customer service, they don't allow order cancellations. Also, it cost $10 to return it to them; in an era when so many sellers offer free returns, that's outrageous.

Their website says orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Mine took 5 business days to ship and another week to arrive. When I finally got them, they had sent me a men's size 9 rather than the women's size 9 that I had ordered. The packing slip in my order just says "size 9" which seems like an egregious operational oversight not to include whether that's men's or women's. Between an instagram message, web chat, and email, customer service is still not giving me a resolution. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Would absolutely not order again.

Their products, regardless of the price point, aren’t worth their horrible customer service. I ordered some shoes directly from the TYR site because they’re highly rated and were on sale. TYR sent me the men’s size instead of women’s size that I ordered. Meaning, they sent me a men’s size 11/women’s 12.5 instead of men’s size 9.5/women’s size 11. My order confirmation confirmed THEY made the mistake. TYR charges $9.99 to make an exchange, so I contacted their customer service in advance and was told that they’d waive the return fee since the mistake was on their end. I ended up being charged $9.99 anyway, so I contacted customer service again, included the full email thread and proof of their mistake, and asked about being refunded the $9.99 exchange fee. The reply I got was “TYR charges $9.99 for exchanges.” Yeah, no shit. Read the thread I sent. I was already hesitant to make the purchase to begin with since they have a flat $9.99 shipping fee and I knew they charged an additional $9.99 for any returns/exchanges. I figured I was in the clear on exchanges and would just bite the shipping cost since I have another pair of TYR shoes that I bought from Box Basics and knew my size so I’d have no reason to exchange or return them. WRONG. At any rate, I’m beyond irritated and ticked off by my experience with them. This has been enough to keep me from ever purchasing their products again -even from a third party.

Bought a pair of shoes. After the first email confirming the order, the following day I received another one mentioning "update" and nothing else, only to find out, through customer service, that they canceled it.

Absolutely abysmal. They shipped the wrong size shoe. Emailed me when they realised and sent a link to start the return process once the shoes arrived. They don't accept returns from Australia. So now I have womens size 11 shoes, and 65 unanswered messages, emails and calls. If I could rate them -65 I would.

1 star — Ordered July 16, still no delivery in September I ordered two swim caps on July 16. The package left the warehouse, got flagged as an "incorrect address" by the carrier, and was bounced back to a PostNL depot in the Netherlands — even though the address I'd given was correct and I confirmed it again with support on July 23. Support (Haley Badillo) said she'd passed my address to the warehouse to confirm with the carrier. The package still failed delivery on July 27 and again July 31, and was sent back to the Netherlands on August 4. Before that, I also tried TYR's AI chat support about the failed delivery — it couldn't answer my question and just took my name and email to "get back to me later." It never did. On August 25, support apologized for the delays and said the order had been returned to the warehouse and would be reshipped with a different carrier. That was over a week ago. I still have no tracking update, no delivery date, and no product — nearly two months after paying for it. Two support tickets (321344, 323030) only got generic auto-replies. I've been patient, but at this point I'd just like either the caps or a refund, and a real delivery timeline instead of another "we've notified the warehouse."

I ordered three pairs of trainers and tried to return two. Even after following every return instruction perfectly, the company’s returns process failed three times, costing me £163.50 in postage. I eventually got my refund for the trainers — but I’m still waiting for the postage refund I was repeatedly promised. Their returns system is a mess, their instructions don’t work, and their customer service has now stopped replying altogether. Avoid buying from this company unless you’re happy to waste time, chase refunds, and pay extra just to return products.

Extremely disappointed with TYR's customer service. I returned a pair of weightlifting shoes because they were much smaller and narrower than a standard size. TYR received my return, but after weeks with no refund. After I contact them, they claimed the shoes showed "signs of wear" and refused to issue a refund. Instead of standing behind their products or treating customers fairly, they will keep both my money and the returned shoes!!! This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I will not purchase from TYR again.
