It took six months and 20 emails to get a refund after they repeatedly failed to ship my order and ghosted me 5 times. They claimed they would send my order, but never did. No explanation or support way provided. It was the worst experience I ever had with a EU store. Terrible

Wish I would have read these reviews first. The problem is not with the products themselves but with the TYR return policy. Got an item that was too small (despite it being a perfect fit according to the size chart). Was told they don't do exchanges. You have to reorder the item, pay the $10 shipping again. And then you also pay $10 for the return shipping. So in all, this exchange cost me an additional $20. Doubt I will take the risk again to buy this brand.
