Tycoon PackagingReviews of tycoonpackaging.com

Zack Brown really went above and beyond to deliver quotes in a timely manner. He talked me through my options and I was impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism. I had only planned on getting one box quote but after talking with Zack I feel confidant working with you on 3 projects. thank you so much

Chris helped me through the entire process! Great customer service!!!

Tycoon Packaging is a scam business. They promised our order up until the day of our event. Then we got an email saying our boxes were stuck in Pakistan, which caused us so much last minute stress to find an alternative. We didn't even use them for the event because they were so late. We worked with a guy named Alan and he still hasn't partially refunded us for the extremely late order. All of their phones have stopped working and they barely respond to my emails when I follow up to ask for my refund. Since May they've been stringing us along tell us they need more time to process our refund.

A total scam. Worked with a guy named Daniel. Look at the business address. Don't waste your time or money.

I am wondering if this is a legit company. My order is over 5 weeks late and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.

Kevin Saptel had quick responses with the actual information I asked for

Kevin was knowledgeable and prompt. I am sure I will be doing business with them.

Kevin was very fast at responding and trying to help. He was very nice as well
