I am very happy with my game cover. The colors are bright and the images are crips and clear. The service was timely and the price was reasonable. I expect to be a repeat customer (with luck.) I would not hesitate to reccomend them. Thanks to John for the quick and effective responses.

It only got better from there because Emma was super quick to respond, and she knows her stuff! I'm sure she is a valuable employee! She was a great help to me by sending images right in chat. She made me realize how wonderful Tycoon Packaging is. I am still amazed at the number of products they offer. They have everything I need - even tear strip packaging and stickers. Plus free shipping, 24/7 online support, no die & plate charges, and free design support. OMGosh!

Frauds. All of them. Tom, Kevin, the list goes on and on. We ordered our tubes as far back as July of last year and still have YET to receive the proper print. They have stolen our money, changed their numbers or blocked ours, changed their online policy and blamed everyone but themselves. We are not pursuing legal action and even that is tricky because they are professional frauds that actually work in India.

Zach was extremely efficient and easy to work with. He moved fast, communicated clearly, and got my stickers produced without delays or back-and-forth. Exactly what you want in a packaging partner. Highly recommend.
