I sent supplies they had advertised to…
I sent supplies they had advertised to buy and payed the shipping myself.They didnt pay me for what i sent them.They sent me a check for 8 dollars that covered the cost i paid for shipping.They kept what i sent them without paying me or giving me a reason why.

Hello Richard, you are correct about us not returning items. That is a policy all customers agree to when they send items that do not match the quote they submitted. Due to logistics, we cannot afford to stop operations and incur shipping costs to return items to customers that shouldn’t have been sent in the first place. For instance, you sent us One Touch ultra blue 25 count, Humulin R 3ml [we only buy 10 ml], and a One Touch ultra blue 50ct with a broken seal, none of which is listed on our website, and we don’t purchase. And we ALWAYS send our customers an “order completion” email explaining what we paid, or didn’t pay, and why. You received one for your order as well. We are disappointed that this order was not concluded successfully for either one of us.

Actually Terri, that's probably for the best. We require mint condition boxes from our customers, and everything you sent was crushed and damaged unfortunately.
