Make sure of your dates and condition of boxes - NO RETURNS
I sent 9 boxes of strips and only 4 were accepted - 2 had expired dates (1 month past the 12 month limit - still good but not per their standards) and the others were rejected because of small tears on box. They were not returned so I basically lost them (although I would bet they were not trashed) - Im not saying they were dishonest but beware that their judgement is final and you might be better off on EBAY if boxes are not perfect.

Hello Steven, We do rely on our customers to describe their items accurately. Unfortunately, it is a logistical nightmare for us [not to mention expensive] to return boxes to customers when they are damaged or incorrect. Imagine 10% of our customers requesting their items back in one month. That could be 200 boxes that we would have to re-pack, ship, & generate labels for. We wouldn’t have time to run our business. We do try to explain our policies as best we can on our website, under frequently asked questions, and again when they place their order. If you have any suggestions about how we could make our policies clearer to our customers please let us know. -the Two Moms

This company is above board
This company is above board. I had a pretty valuable lot of items and quickly discovered theres some shady companies in the buy back business .After emailing one of the gals at TMBTS i felt comfortable mailing in items.I made sure i described my items correctly and packed everything securely.I was not disappointed. through paypal I was paid the promised amount within 24 hours of the time it was delivered. In my experience this is a trustworthy company
