Thanks for your feedback, Jay. Sure thing, we've always had a minimum sale amount of $50 for probably 5 years now, so that has never changed. We can't afford to pay for postage, shipping kits and process supplies if their value is less than $50, that's just a business decision we had to make many years ago. As we always note in our newsletters and our email communications, supply pricing change regularly, and it’s all dependent on supply and demand in the industry. It’s an industry-wide situation, all supply buyers pricing goes up and down based on market conditions. If there’s lots of demand for a product, the price goes up. If there’s little or no demand, the price goes down, just like with used cars, homes, motorcycles, and any marketplace. We appreciate your business, as always. We received your box on Friday Oct 18th, and we processed and paid you the next business day, Monday Oct 21st, just like we strive to pay every day. If you wanted to avoid the weekend delay, please ship your box Friday or over the weekend to insure we receive it earlier in the week and it will be processed the next business day during the week. That way you will avoid the weekend delay and receive your payout faster. Thank you and we appreciate your business!

Thank you for your feedback Lucy. We're sorry you felt our response was anything but informative and asking for your patience. Please know we appreciate all our sellers and we receive hundreds of inquiries every week asking about when their payment will be made even though we state in our policies that payment will be made within 4 business days at the latest (but normally much faster, more like 1 business day). It all depends on how many shipments we receive on a given day. The more inquiries we receive asking about when the payment will be made just delays everyone's payments because we have to stop making payments and look up your information, so it is frustrating for everyone, especially you. We setup an automated system for you to be able to check the status of your payment, shipment and processing directly, which you used and we appreciate that. We do appreciate your patience when waiting for a payment and please know that we are processing payments day and into the night every business day as quickly as possible as we know how important they are to our sellers, you.
