Haven't used this in over a year, asked them to cancel my account, was told I could not. Can't take my payment information off, cant take my address off, can't cancel account on my own. Suddenly charged a subscription that I did not approve and was not offered an option to cancel. Then when I asked them to cancel my account again two days ago they charged me ANOTHER 26$ for I don't know what, and was told they would cancel my account, but they still have not.

They should be shut down!!! Had them for less than one year and suddenly they began trying to charge me for a subscription service they automatically put everyone on without their permission. I cancelled it then they tried to charge me for something else!! My birth control is always 100% free. I texted and called and emailed but you cannot speak with a live person on the phone. Their emails and texts seem to be almost automated. Horrible and seriously sketchy!! Do not use them!! Response to them: you never OFERRED me a plan. You automatically changed it to a paid subscription I never accepted!! You did this not only to me but to the person who referred me to you too!! Then when it was cancelled you said I owed for $26 and tried to charge my card for that. I emailed, texted probably 15 times and got only two responses that answered none of my questions. The 2nd one you basically just cancelled my plan all together without speaking to me. Horrible customer service, horrible way to treat customers! Poor communication …

I stopped my birth control prescription, but was randomly charged and sent the prescription four months later. Billing said my request was denied and I should have cancelled my account when I cancelled the prescription. Don’t recommend.

I think this new 12.99 fee is absolutely absurd. It says on my account that I have no recent bills and to check back in 2 weeks, but my credit card has a charge of 12.99 On it. Why would I go from paying 26 dollars a year to 12.99 a month that makes no sense. I’m canceling right away and disputing the charge. I believe they will lose a ton of customers.

I was transferred over from SimpleHealth to Twentyeight Health and it has been incredibly unreliable. It took a long time before I was in the system. My refills were constantly scheduled for a date that was too far in the future by which date I would have already run out of my current pack. I had to reach out numerous times to get these rescheduled and it always took so long to get ahold of the customer service since they did not respond to chats or emails for days and did not ever answer the phone. I always ended up running out of my current pack before receiving my refill. I started having to have them send a 3-month supply to my pharmacy for me to pick up and after each 3-month period, my refill would be late again. It’s just unbelievable to have a company making late deliveries every single time on a medication that needs to be taken consistently. Additionally, the last time the I inquired about my refill being late, they sent it to my pharmacy and it turned out to be a different type of medication. They couldn’t give me any explanation for why they changed my prescription type and they told me I would need to request a change to change it back which would take 2-3 business days. I reached out after 3 business days and nothing. It’s been a week and still nothing has changed. I have run out of my current pack already. I will never use this company again.

I was switched about a year ago from SimpleHealth and have had inconsistent medical care since. Their pharmacy is constantly delayed and my automatic refills are never on time. I went months between my current set and previous one, and with only 3 pills left in the current set I just learned my next shipment is delayed! I've now canceled and will never recommend them. It's been nothing but a headache and stress on my body going on and off medications.

I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for BC pills. I reached out to them to setup an account and was told on April 17th that they were contacting the pharmacy and it should take 3-5 business days. I was told the delivery was scheduled for April 25th. I reached out April 29th and got a response saying our insurance didn't cover this service. They never told me this, I had to reach out to get this answer after 12 entire days of waiting for the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Then they as for $26 per pack? This is significantly more than market value and I don't see this company lasting more than 2-3 years.

I used to love this company, but now I hate them with a passion. You guys have the worst recordkeeping on earth. That is negligence. It all started when they changed my prescription to a different birth control because they were trying to run my script through their pharmacy even though I get my medication through my local pharmacy. I don’t have my medication shipped out to me, so why is your pharmacy trying to process my medication to begin with?So I’m on my ring or whatever and I’m like hey I need another script so I go and I contact them and they’re like oh you can pay out-of-pocket plan for $18 and have your prescription changed. Why would I have my prescription changed and pay $18 when I know that the ring I’m using is covered by my insurance. The other option was to pay $26 again to get a new consultation. So either way they were trying to milk money for me. Do you see how disgusting and manipulative that is? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh, and trust and believe I got the screenshots and everything of the last conversation I had and the current one. You are disgusting and you should be ashamed. mind you my medication was never supposed to be changed to a different one in the first place I never gave consent to do that. And I had asked them to change it back to the ring before hand, but no one did anything. All they did was send a script for one more ring to the pharmacy. That is not changing it In your system. Y’all are despicable and money hungry
