Well the doctors listen to you and if its urgent they make an effort to get it solved and it doesn't matter the time! Someone will get you message to the doctors and reply as soon as possible! They are awesome wish i can actually have them in person as my doctor cause they all are so caring and give the best answers

I had a problem trying to renew my…
I had a problem trying to renew my birth control i contacted them. They clearly explained what i needed to do then it worked it said that it would take up to a week for a response but i got one back in 15 mins!! The customer service staff really listens and helps. Thank you!!

First I had a few issues at first but I think it’s only because they were just getting up and running but once they got settled within a week I received my shipment extremely fast the customer service was really helpful and efficient, I highly recommend!!!! Also my insurance didn’t wanna pay through their company and they recommended a site where I qualified for a year of free pills! Wonderful helpful company
