Amazing Support
Staff and support is amazing with 28! I was having some insurance issues and even when I procrastinated responding to them, they diligently followed up with me to make sure I get my medication on time. I definitely recommend them :)

Friendly service, shipped securely and neatly.
I was previously with Favor/Pill Club and referred to Twentyeight Health. 28 has a very wide selection of bc and their dr consult is competitive with other companies. I received a free promo consult as I was a member of Favor/PC. The online application was quick, and the doctor followed up the next day. For fulfillment, at first it was a little bumpy as there was delay in shipping-- however, after a couple emails things were straightened out. Brittany was very communicative and ensured a successful the delivery. The items were shipped discretely in a nice thick sturdy box. I would recommend Twentyeight health for your bc needs. ☺

Great Experience
I personally had a great experience with TwentyEight Health. Elizabeth answered my questions about birth control options and insurance coverage promptly and thoroughly. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants convenient birth control deliveries.

My experience at first doing the…
My experience at first doing the transfer over from simple health to twenty eight health was slightly bumpy but quickly handled by the very lovely May. For Hannah with my current update to my insurance she was helpful in letting me know that the change reflected on her end in the system. Only annoyance I have is that I had to message twice before I got an answer.

Great Customer Service
When you reach out to them, they get back to you in a timely manner and answer all questions that you have. They are patient and have exceptional customer service. It is always a pleasure talking to them whenever I have a question or need to make a change with my account.

Friendly and fast!
I did have to email twice for a response but after getting in contact they were great. I switched over from the pill club and didn’t know what to expect. There was a delay in receiving my birth control but they later informed me this was because of my insurance. Once I updated my information they got my order out within a day. They were extremely friendly and very quick at resolving my issue. I recommend emailing or messaging again if you haven’t received a reply.
