Thankful!!
When Twentyeight Health acquired my previous online pharmacy (SimpleHealth) I had a lot of issues making sure my rx was filled as normal without delay. No acquisition is seamless, but the live chat feature REALLY helped to smooth over my concerns/frustrations/fears. I don't usually leave reviews, but Kelsey with customer service has helped me quite a few times and it has been a GREAT experience. She is super timely, communicative, and supportive! She has definitely helped my experience with Twentyeight Health be so pleasant!

Service
Before, I was in pill club and now shifted to twentyeight. I always had a great experience with them. Very communicative and always on top of it, I’ve been using this way for good year now, never had a bad experience.

Great service
I’ve been using Twentyeight Health for the last few years and always had great service from them. I receive my prescription on time and any time I need to pause for a few months/change the delivery or billing date, they are able to accommodate me. I see a lot of people have issues with the customer service part and timeframe for response. I do hear back from them rather quickly; there was only one time that it did take a week (thankfully it wasn’t anything too urgent.) Overall, I have had an excellent experience with them and will continue to use them for my birth control needs.

The customer service was amazing

Awesome experience
I was brought to Twentyeight Health from the pill club. I have nothing but a great experience with them so far. Also Jay with customer service is AMAZING!!!!

Recommend!!
I originally signed up with SimpleHealth and they were bought out by TwentyEight. My experience with both companies has been excellent. They've stayed consistent and helpful through insurance gaps and changes and helped keep me safe and healthy. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend!
