Leila Was Such a Great Help
Leila was such a great help, she resolved my issue and I was able to access my account right away. Also she was very patient and quick to respond, she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate that. Wonderful customer service overall.

Communication
I admit when SimpleHealth did transfer me over to TwentyEightHealth the communication with this company was bad but I understand that it was a lot of members transferring their info over so after that hiccup the communication has gotten a lot better!!! Everyone is really nice and answers all my questions in a timely manner!!! Thank you TwentyEightHealth Team!!!

So far so good!
Was transferred to Twentyeight Health from Simple Health. I use it when I can't get back to my regular doctor to get my new script in time. Apparently there was an issue filling my script in time but I was able to contact the company to find out what was up and they pushed a script to my preferred pharmacy the same day. Bri was very helpful, friendly and understanding of my issue, had no problem getting a script from the doctor after answering a few questions, and I should be good to go!

I just received my first shipment from…
I just received my first shipment from Twentyeight Health. It was sent to me exactly how I have requested it to be and in a timely manner. Twentyeight Health kept good communication with me letting me know when my prescription was being processed and then being shipped to me. This is my first shipment from Twentyeight Health and so far I am very satisfied with their services. Twentyeight Health have also helped me to resolve my fears about using a new company to get my prescriptions.

I wish more medical services were like this!
I'm so grateful I stumbled upon 28 Health, this is how healthcare should be and I so wish other medical services were like this. Before I even registered for an account, someone answered my questions (and promptly!); I don't have an OB/GYN or other known resources for female reproductive health, it was much appreciated. The registration process was painless, I assumed since I had insurance there would likely be an issue with my order or not be covered but order was processed just fine and free of charge (hormonal birth control). They've reached out since my order, asking if I need anything else, etc. I've just had an overall great experience and am impressed! I love the medication choices they have too. I sincerely wish medical service/medication was more accessible like this. Thank you!
