Horrible customer service and systems
Horrible customer service and systems. User experience doesn’t exist on this site, you can’t update payment when required to do so because CTA button doesn’t work. Also, their email blast lack an unsubscribe button.

Bad experiences on multiple fronts
Was with Simple Health for a few years before the changeover with no issues, things went wrong within a few months afterwards. Twentyeight Health is extremely unreliable. I have had multiple months of issues that never had consistent answers to what went wrong. I had to fight to get my prescription and pay out of pocket in the meantime because of their repeated processing errors. Customer service takes days to respond and then doesn't actually answer the questions you asked. They do not have a phone line, only text/email. You cannot cancel without going through text/email. Their entire system feels like it is designed to wait you out or frustrate you into moving on. I would highly recommend looking at other options for birth control, this was pretty painful.

All they want is your money
All they want is your money. I got transferred from simple health. My prescription needed to be renewed and the only way I could message my provider was to pay 12.99 to go ahead with the new prescription. Customer service is a joke and will only tell you to pay even though the basic plan includes medication and delivery. Just good luck actually getting the prescription to even start. This place is just a money scam and shouldn't even be considered for medical use.

I haven’t used this service at all…
I haven’t used this service at all Unfortunately my information got transferred from simple health and I just noticed I’m getting charged $12.99 for a subscription!! For what!! I don’t use them at all. I didn’t not authorize any payment or select any plan! This is ridiculous!

All I can say is scam scam scam…
All I can say is scam scam scam, I was forced to use them because they bought out Simple Health, and right if the bat they were charging me multiple times and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in customer service. I switched to nurx and it’s been great! (highly recommend) They automatically renewed my subscription without consent, texts, or any emails, ITS JUST A SCAM STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE!
Would give zero stars if possible! I had no problems using Simple Health and was forced into using Twentyeight Health when they were bought out. Immediately I was charged $10 more but figured it was wasn’t worth having to switch companies and interrupt my birth control. I always ordered 3 pack of 31 and was charged $70 every 3 months. One day I saw a charge on my account for $450. It was flagged by my bank but they tried to have me resolve it with this fraudulent company first which was not going to happen seeing as they make communication impossible! They also don’t allow you to remove your card info. This is a giant scam and they should’ve been shut down a long time ago! I’ve been using Nurx since and have had really liked them so far.

Worst Customer Experience! Too many mistakes!
They have messed up the prescription every. single. month. It's exhausting dealing with this company. They don't answer the phone so you have to go back and forth on app messaging. They take days to respond. They made a mistake and blamed me. We went back and forth for weeks until I finally was so fed up that I cancelled and moved to a different provider. Avoid at all costs! EDIT: Their PR person contacted me and pretended they were "looking into it" and still waiting to hear back over a year later. This company is unprofessional. Definitely better options out there!

Stole money from me
Stole money from me! How absurd that you would randomly charge me a subscription fee for a service I haven't used in TWO YEARS!! Then you think it was proper notice to email me ONCE about this subscription thing that you can't even cancel online. You shouldn't be able to subscribe people to something that they didn't sign up for in the first place. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND YOU CAN NOT CANCEL OR UNSUBSCRIBE ONLINE!!!!! I see a huge law suit coming your way and I can't wait for you to go bankrupt.
