Twentyeight Health is doing amazing things to allow for easy and affordable access of birth control and other products. It’s so necessary and impactful! Their platform is very easy to use and I’m grateful this service exits!

The BEST Customer Service!
I am shocked to see so many negative reviews, as the majority of my experience here has been positive. They respect my pill preference, promptly emailed me anytime there was an issue or renewal or upcoming charge, and shipped quickly.
Their shipping partner Carepoint, however, would get like 2 stars from me - my packages were always handed over promptly by 28H, but Carepoint would consistently take like 3 extra weeks to get it to my door. I even canceled my membership over Carepoint's incompetence, thinking maybe a different provider would be able to deliver more reliably. They canceled my account with no hassle. That was a few months ago.
After the nightmare of dealing with Nurx, who honestly feels like a scam, I gave up and came back here because the customer service here is the best. I was waiting like 24 hours for a single reply from Nurx, and then the reply would STILL be vague and unhelpful, and it was getting so frustrating. I never even managed to get to the actual prescription/consultation bc they kept giving me the runaround!
But after emailing 28H to restart, they answered ALL of my questions over multiple emails AND restarted my account, in UNDER 24 HOURS. Actually the initial reply back to me was less than 24 hours, then all the back & forth happened in a span of less than 2. Efficiency!
I am now getting the pills sent to a local pharmacy and cutting out Carepoint altogether - why didn't i think of that months ago, it is the perfect solution haha. But seriously, the customer service team here is what sets 28H apart from the other pill delivery companies. I got transferred here after The Pill Club dissolved, so I guess about a year or little over a year? and overall I am satisfied. :)

LOVE my doctor
I've gotten birth control and prenatal vitamins through Twentyeight. I LOVE my doctor. She is super responsive and I feel like she actually hears me (even though we've never spoken)!
I have endometriosis and she is super knowledgeable and worked with me to find a birth control that helped with my pain/cycles (I switched medications a few times). I probably just would've suffered through for the year if I had gone to see someone in person.
I messaged her with a question this morning and already heard back! Just wanted to say thank you!!

Helpful customer service and charitable organization
Their customer service reps were very quick to respond and helpful in answering all of my questions, even though I hadn't fully completed my sign-up yet.
After some thought and reading through their articles, I decided to go for an IUD this time, but I will be sure to use their services when I'm ready to switch back to the ring or pill or if the IUD isn't a good fit for me.
I also really like that they donate some of their proceeds to the National Institute for Reproductive Health. I am someone that is very conscious of where I spend my money and who it supports. Thank you to Twentyeight for all the help!!

I originally used Twentyeight just for birth control, but apparently my insurance covers Plan B and female condoms too?! I didn't even know that was possible, but it's great to get these for free now. Twentyeight really has my back
