I have been using twentyeight health for years. The first few years I used them, it was an absolute blessing. It was a great alternative from switching gynos every year or having to deal with my local one (we got beef). And it was an amazing price! The customer service was immaculate, getting back to you between 1-3 hours, helpful staff, great flow of information. Although it is harder to get a hold of them due to how popular they have gotten, but they will work diligently once they come across your problem. I have had only 2 mix ups that has been explained to be the pharmacy-at-fault. The first was where I was sent the completely wrong birth control in 2022 and was sent the right one within a week after. Recently, I was charged the wrong amount and I was never sent any birth control but they gave me a refund and let me know about the supply issue of my current brand. The website helped me find a similar alternative and I am happy that the issue was solved within 2 days and the clear, concise, and overall quality of updates provided by the team.
